NATIONAL HELP PROGRAM ALBANIA is member of Mediterranean S.O.S. Network that was established with the initiative of "Youth Mediterranean NGOs" inspired by the idea of a real transnational co-operation to save "Mediterranean". In this sense the Ecology and the values which it vehicles:

N.H.P.A. is a MARE member of this network, which is an engagement in an active role –playing for dynamic and young Mediterranean organizations, grass roots groups and individuals that are active in ecological and social issues. "PEACE VILLAGE" – CONFERENCE N.H.P.A. was represented in the first "Peace Village" Conference that was the Women’s Dialogue for the Promotion of Stability, Human Rights & Peace in the South - East Europe. A historical event for all Balkan Regions in aspect of building strong bridges between them, giving strong impacts the civil societies of this Region in a way that they can be developed further and strengthen their foundations. Being one part of the chain of organizations and institutions that compose the civil society, representing of N.H.P.A. in this event, will enable it to give more impacts to the Albanian Civil Society. It will open new spaces of development and integration with other international and regional societies in compliance with the best patterns followed by them.
